Motorized shadesMotorized shades can lower when the afternoon sun hits, cut the glare on the TV and close for privacy once it gets dark. With Control4, they also join your scenes, so one button sets the shades and the lights together. ITS plans the shade pockets with your builder and designer, installs the motors and programs the schedules.
Every system is planned on your drawings, priced room by room, and supported by the same ITS team after you move in.

Shades can close on a schedule at dusk or with the Good night scene, every night, without anyone remembering to do it.
ITS shade motors run on low voltage. Where running a wire is not practical, a battery-powered motor needs no wiring at all.
Shade pockets, ceiling recesses and wiring are planned on the drawings early, so the shades disappear when they are open.
The same process on every project, from the first plan review to the last service call.
We review the drawings and place every keypad, speaker, TV and device on the plans.
You receive an itemized proposal by system and by room.
Every cable is run and labeled before insulation and drywall.
Devices go in after paint, then scenes, keypads and voice control are set up.
Training, documentation and warranty records, and one number to call for service.

Yes. The shades become part of the Control4 system, so they run from keypads, the app, schedules and scenes, and by voice with Josh.ai.
No outlet is needed at the window. ITS shade motors run on low voltage, wired from a power supply at the equipment location, and some openings use battery-powered motors that need no wiring.
A recess in the ceiling or above the window that hides the shade roll and motor. It has to be framed during construction, so it should be planned early.
Yes. Battery-powered motors make it possible to motorize many windows without opening walls. We walk the home first and confirm what will work.
