What does Control4 control?
Lighting, motorized shades, music, TVs, climate, cameras, door locks, gates and the alarm. You control them from engraved keypads, touch screens, a Control4 remote, the Control4 app or your voice.
How does Josh.ai work with Control4?
Josh.ai is a voice assistant made for high-end homes. It connects to Control4, so you can control lights, shades, music and climate by speaking normally, including several requests in one sentence.
Can Control4 go into a home that is already finished?
Often, yes. Control4 has wireless keypads and dimmers that fit many finished homes. We walk the home first and tell you what will work before you commit.
When should we bring ITS in on a new build?
While the plans are being finalized and before drywall. The wiring has to go in before the walls close, and planning early gives you more options.
Who supports the system after move-in?
ITS does. You get training at hand-off, written documentation and warranty records, and service is one call to 786.266.7676.
