Check on the house from anywhere
A Control4 system lets you see the house, adjust the air conditioning and confirm the doors are locked while you are away. Our smart home automation work is set up for owners who split their time between homes.

Ocean Reef, FloridaSmart homes at Ocean Reef.
Ocean Reef Club is a private, members-only community at the northern tip of Key Largo, surrounded by water on three sides and served by its own marina and airport. Homes there benefit from systems owners can check from anywhere and equipment chosen for salt air and storm season.

What we do at Ocean Reef
One team, every system.
One ITS team manages the design, wiring, installation and support of every project, so you have one number to call from the first drawing to the last service call.
Shades for bright water views
Homes near the water can get strong glare through much of the day. Motorized shades can lower on a schedule to protect floors and furniture while the house is empty.
Power and network that ride out storms
Battery backup on the equipment rack keeps the network and cameras running through short outages, and remote access works as long as the internet service is still up. We build the network and Wi-Fi around wired access points rather than consumer mesh units.
Respecting a private community
Private communities have their own access and contractor procedures, and we follow them. Our camera systems are designed to complement the community's own security, with the homeowner controlling who sees their footage.
Questions
Common questions.
If your question is not here, call 786.266.7676 and we will answer it directly.
Can ITS work on a home inside Ocean Reef?
Yes, subject to the community's contractor and access procedures. We schedule work around those procedures and coordinate with the owner or their property manager.
Can I manage my Ocean Reef home while I am away?
Yes. With a Control4 system and a properly built network, you can check cameras, locks, lights and climate from your phone, and we can provide remote support.
Which brands does ITS work with?
ITS is a Control4 Diamond Dealer and an authorized dealer for Focal, Leon Speakers, Future Automation, RUCKUS Networks and Axis Communications. Other brands we work with include Josh.ai, Savant, Somfy, Turing and Ubiquiti UniFi.
When should we bring ITS into a project?
Ideally while the plans are being finalized and before drywall. The wiring has to go in before the walls close, and planning early gives you more options.
