Does ITS serve both Upper and Lower Sugarloaf Key?
Yes. We serve homes in both Sugarloaf communities as part of our Monroe County service area.
Can I start with a few rooms on Sugarloaf Key and add more later?
Yes. A Control4 system can start with a few rooms and expand as you add lighting, shades or audio.
Which brands does ITS work with?

When should we bring ITS into a project?
Ideally while the plans are being finalized and before drywall. The wiring has to go in before the walls close, and planning early gives you more options.
