Questions

Common questions.

If your question is not here, call 786.266.7676 and we will answer it directly.

Do you work in gated communities in Boca Raton?

Yes. We follow the community rules for contractor access and work hours, and provide certificates of insurance on request.

Can Control4 be added to a Boca Raton home that is already finished?

Often, yes. Wireless keypads, dimmers and battery-powered shade motors fit many finished homes. We walk the home first.

Which brands does ITS work with?

ITS is a Control4 Diamond Dealer and an authorized dealer for Focal, Leon Speakers, Future Automation, RUCKUS Networks and Axis Communications. Other brands we work with include Josh.ai, Savant, Somfy, Turing and Ubiquiti UniFi.

When should we bring ITS into a project?

Ideally while the plans are being finalized and before drywall. The wiring has to go in before the walls close, and planning early gives you more options.
