Do exterior changes on Palm Beach need approval?
The Town of Palm Beach reviews exterior changes through its Architectural Commission, and changes to landmarked properties go to the Landmarks Preservation Commission. We plan outdoor devices with your architect so they fit the approved design.
Can I manage the house while I am away for the season?
Yes. With Control4 you can check cameras, locks, climate and alerts from your phone, and ITS supports the system year-round.
