Historic homes
The city reviews exterior alterations to historic properties, so we plan outdoor cameras and equipment with that process in mind. Inside, lighting control with wireless dimmers can reduce the need to open older walls.

Questions
Common questions.
If your question is not here, call 786.266.7676 and we will answer it directly.
Do I need approval to add exterior equipment to a historic home in Delray Beach?
The City of Delray Beach requires review of exterior alterations to historic properties through a Certificate of Appropriateness. We recommend confirming with the city's Historic Preservation staff before work begins, and we plan the installation around what they require.
Do you install home theaters in Delray Beach?
Yes. We design and install home theaters and media rooms, including hidden TV options, along with the audio, lighting and controls that run them.
Which brands does ITS work with?
ITS is a Control4 Diamond Dealer and an authorized dealer for Focal, Leon Speakers, Future Automation, RUCKUS Networks and Axis Communications. Other brands we work with include Josh.ai, Savant, Somfy, Turing and Ubiquiti UniFi.
When should we bring ITS into a project?
Ideally while the plans are being finalized and before drywall. The wiring has to go in before the walls close, and planning early gives you more options.
