Do you work in Bal Harbour condo buildings?
Yes. We coordinate with building management and follow each building's rules on work hours and access, and we can provide a certificate of insurance on request.
Can a Bal Harbour home be monitored while the owner is away?
Yes. Cameras, door locks and the network can be checked remotely. Battery backup on the equipment rack helps keep systems running through short power outages, and remote access during an outage works as long as the internet service is still up.
