Lighting scenes
Lux by Control4 keypads with scenes for morning, dinner and night, often with wireless dimmers in a finished unit. Lighting control.
Motorized shades
Shades for floor-to-ceiling glass, including battery-powered motors where new wiring is not practical. Motorized shades.
Audio and TV
Music by room, TVs on the wall and a media room planned around the furniture and the view. Video and theater.
Wi-Fi
Wired access points for the rooms in your proposal, where the unit allows. ITS is an authorized RUCKUS Networks dealer and also installs Ubiquiti UniFi and Araknis. Networking and Wi-Fi.
Cameras and locks
Cameras inside the unit and a smart lock on the unit door where the building allows it. Security cameras.

Walk-through
We visit the unit, review the layout and the building rules, and ask how you use each room.

Proposal
You receive a proposal itemized by room, and you approve it before anything is ordered.

Installation
Work is scheduled within the building's work hours, with your unit protected while we work.

Programming
Scenes, schedules and the app are set up and tested with you.

Which areas of Miami-Dade County does ITS serve?
All of Miami-Dade County, including Aventura, Bal Harbour, Bay Harbor Islands, Brickell and Downtown Miami, Coconut Grove, Coral Gables, Cutler Bay, Doral, Fisher Island, Golden Beach, Indian Creek, Key Biscayne, Keystone Islands, Miami, Miami Beach, Miami Shores, North Miami Beach, Pinecrest, Sans Souci, Sunny Isles Beach, Surfside, Sweetwater and University Park.
Who does ITS work for on condo projects?
ITS works inside finished condos and penthouses under a contract with the unit owner. The unit must already have its certificate of occupancy, and we coordinate access and work hours with building management. ITS does not take on condo work in a unit it helped build.
Does ITS do common areas or new condominium construction?
No. Our condo service covers the inside of individual units for the owner. ITS does not take on building-wide systems or new construction in condominium developments. For offices, showrooms and other commercial spaces, see commercial low voltage.
What can ITS install in a finished condo?
Control4 automation with Lux keypads, lighting scenes, motorized shades, whole-home audio, TVs and a media room, Wi-Fi, cameras inside the unit, a smart lock on the unit door where the building allows it, and Josh.ai voice control.
Do I need to open walls?
Not in many cases. Wireless keypads and dimmers and battery-powered shade motors make upgrades possible in finished units. We confirm what is possible after seeing the unit.
Can ITS work within my building's rules?
Yes. We follow the building rules on work hours, elevator use and access, and provide certificates of insurance on request.
Can I check on my condo while I am away?
Yes. Lighting, climate, shades and cameras can be checked from the app, as long as the internet service at the unit is up.
