Pinecrest, Florida

What we do in Pinecrest

One team, every system.

One ITS team manages the design, wiring, installation and support of every project, so you have one number to call from the first drawing to the last service call.

Coverage for large lots

We place wired Wi-Fi access points on the plans for the house, the pool, the cabana and the guest house. Networking and Wi-Fi.

Cameras that see at night

We plan camera locations with the landscape lighting so the yard is visible after dark. Security cameras.

Outdoor and landscape audio

We plan speakers for the pool deck and garden together with the landscape design. Whole-home audio.

Gates and driveways

Driveway gates, video entry and locks can run from the same Control4 app. Access control.

Questions

Common questions.

If your question is not here, call 786.266.7676 and we will answer it directly.

Can Wi-Fi reach a pool house or guest house?

Usually, yes. We plan wired access points or a cable run to the outbuilding during design, which works much better than relying on signal through walls.

Why plan landscape lighting with the cameras?

Cameras see more of the yard at night when the lighting is planned with them. We plan both together.

Which brands does ITS work with?

ITS is a Control4 Diamond Dealer and an authorized dealer for Focal, Leon Speakers, Future Automation, RUCKUS Networks and Axis Communications. Other brands we work with include Josh.ai, Savant, Somfy, Turing and Ubiquiti UniFi.

When should we bring ITS into a project?

Ideally while the plans are being finalized and before drywall. The wiring has to go in before the walls close, and planning early gives you more options.
