Do you work with condo building management?
Yes. We follow the building rules for work hours and access, and provide certificates of insurance on request.
Can a finished condo get a smart home system?
Often, yes. Wireless keypads, dimmers and battery-powered shade motors fit many finished units. We walk the unit first and confirm what will work.
Which brands does ITS work with?
ITS is a Control4 Diamond Dealer and an authorized dealer for Focal, Leon Speakers, Future Automation, RUCKUS Networks and Axis Communications. Other brands we work with include Josh.ai, Savant, Somfy, Turing and Ubiquiti UniFi.
When should we bring ITS into a project?
